Choosing the perfect pair of glasses requires time and willingness to try out various styles until you finally find the one. So many people don’t have the patience to spend hours in order to choose the right frame. But finding the right pair of glasses can really bring style and can even give a visual boost. Here are some tips on:

HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT PAIR OF GLASSES:

FACE SHAPE:

The shape of the face should be considered when buying glasses. There are four main types: round, square, triangular and oval. Those who have the square face should bet on rounded and oval glasses, the least angular possible. Those who have a round face look good with rectangular and square frames. Oval faces are the easiest to combine: both round and rectangular shapes are are a good match. COLORS:

Some colors go better with different skin tones. Amber, olive-green, black and white goes extremely well with a darker complexion. Those with fair skin can look amazing with greenish-brown or reddish-brown – especially blonds.

Find out if the tone of your skin is hot or cold. If you have a cool skin tone (blue eyes, light skin), a frame in a cool color will be a great match.

If you have a warm skin tone (brown eyes, tanned skin, with greenish veins), then warm shades will look better on you. Warm colors include earthy hues such as beige, brown, orange, yellow and mustard. I am a good example of a person with warm skin tone – camel and brown looks very nice with my complexion.
BE UNIQUE:

Even if you break the rules. Your sense of style and personality can be truly noticed by the glasses you choose, so you should not feel the need to go for certain shapes and colors if it doesn’t represent who you are.

If that means choosing a pair of square and large glasses for an equally large square face, go for it! If you don’t want to follow what people say about what is the right face shape, decide which elements are important to you. I would recommend creating a little mood board with your favorite shapes and sizes and bringing it with you to your desired opticians.
