Review: One Aldwych London

On Monday, the company I work (Rapport)  for took us on a wonderful  5* Hotel Experience at One Aldwych Hotel. I was extremely impressed so I took the opportunity review the hotel and it’s surroundings.

Superbly placed in the heart of London in Covent Garden the One Aldwych hotel is ideally located for those who want to be just a short walk away from the shops e.g. Oxford Street, the nightlife of Soho, restaurants of Chinatown, and the history of Trafalgar Square.syI know what you must be thinking; “It’s in the corner of one of London’s busiest streets”. Yes, but believe it or not the hotel itself is an oasis of tranquility, specially when you get to the subterranean spa which includes an amazing swimming pool with an amazing screen (we’ll get to that). To begin with, we had a few glasses of Champagne and then decided to choose something to nibble on:IMG_5264 IMG_5262 IMG_5265The Charcuterie was full of flavor and extremely tender the best I’ve ever had in a long time! While the vegetarian option had mini filled pepers, grilled aubergines and a few other tasty options. IMG_5267The flowers were on point! Beautiful arrangement! (Can I have these in my living room please?)IMG_5276 IMG_5277After having a few drinks & food, we had a show around the hotel; everything was impeccable!IMG_5268IMG_5282IMG_5270 IMG_5273 IMG_5274 One Aldwych houses 105 bedrooms and suites. One screening room with seating for up to 30 people, spa and  pool to die for! Why? it has underwater music and massive video screen at the end of the pool with footage the sea life. Impressive uh?poolSo when looking for a hotel that comes with everything, including an incredibly relaxing vibe make sure to check One Aldwych. I sure would love to spend a night there 🙂
