We only have one life, and therefore we should seek to accomplish and bring positive vibes to our lives. If you’re not doing that, it’s time to start eliminating bad habits that do not bring you any benefit. That’s why I decided to share:
THINGS TO CUT OUT OF YOUR LIFE BEFORE THE END OF 2017 ?✨
Eliminate Negative Thoughts:
If you want things to work out, you should avoid negative thoughts. It’s important to understand that the more you think positively about something, the more you become naturally inclined to develop your activities and succeed with them. Also, thinking that something is not going to work is the kind of concern that can lead to more serious problems, such as stress and anxiety.
I personally, have experienced this myself – on my third month of quitting my job to do my blog full time. Being self-employed and depending 100% on my blog to survive was overwhelming and I started concentrating on all the negative things that could happen. It took me some months to get out of that negative cycle and I only did it because I set my mind to only visualize positive things.
I stopped thinking that everything was going to go wrong instead, I imagined myself being in control and being extremely busy and happy. It took a while but a few months later I was happier and busier than ever! Our mind is a strong tool and if we learn how to use it… damn, there’s nothing that can hold you back.
Stress:
The day-to-day running, so typical in our contemporary society, huh? It is quite difficult not to get overly emotional or stressed – but you know what? It is up to us to prevent all these emotions from happening.
Just pay attention to your day: when you realize which situation is making you feel frustrated and nervous, try to breathe and think about a different subject. Getting distracted is often the easiest way to solve a problem. Get back to it only when you are more relaxed and ready to see the situation clearly, this will make you feel so much more in control.
Worrying about people’s opinions:
One of the hardest things to do is try to please everyone – the good news is that is is NOT WORTH IT! Caring about what people think about you is absolutely toxic and it can really harm you emotionally and physically. Try to get disconnected from what others think of you, start ignoring this type of opinion, for a less exhausting life.
You know what helps me let it go? Asking myself “Am I happy? Yes! Then that’s what matters”. Concentrate on what makes you happy, life is way too short to pay attention to people who don’t know your essence. Be in control of your own life and be proud of your choices and this confidence will shut them all up!
