Guess what? I had the amazing opportunity to go see Beyonce & Jay Z during their OTRII tour (I am still screaming inside). My fairy godmother was Debenhams, who kindly invited me to go on a whole experience pre-show.

To start, I went to Debenhams in Oxford Circus to choose a Little Black Dress for the concent. I went to their Personal Shopper space where there are comfortable private suites to relax whilst the personal shoppers do the hard work for you.

While there, you can enjoy a complimentary drink – I had a glass of bubbly, of course! As well as chat about the latest trends etc.

The dress I chose was this beautiful Vila – Black sheer guipure lace round neck long sleeve mini evening dress from the Debenhams LBD section.
When I saw this little black dress I knew I had found “the one”. It fit like a glove and the delicate sheer overlay and lace detailing made me look super feminine.

I had the pleasure to take one of my good friends, Vicki with me which made the whole day so much more special and fun! We had a fabulous time trying all the beautiful dresses and taking lots of selfies ha-ha.
Debenhams really spoiled us with the whole experience – from the moment we got there we were made to feel like true VIP’s. First, we headed to the exclusive lounge where we were welcomed with drinks, amazing food and the best view of the stage.

Not to mention that the Debenhams team (yes, you Shona), were the most attentive and sweetest ever! I really enjoy working with such a fantastic brand.

The verdict: the concert was amazing, it was kind of a declaration of love between the two, almost felt like a renewal of vows. “Upgrade U” is one of the coolest moments of the night, one of their best songs together in my opinion.
