It’s been a while since we last spoke about home decor, huh? I never thought it would take so long to finish decorating such a small flat like mine. Now that I think about it, I had no clue! In my head, I would have finished decorating the whole flat in the space of a few months. Little did I know, right?

Seven months in and there are still things I want to get to make it all look “perfect”. Obviously, all the furniture is in so, all that is left are the small decor items.

Thankfully, there are so many easy and affordable ways to personalize a space – my favorite: artwork. When decorating the living room, prints are a must as they add personality and color to the room. Which is why I used the same tactic for the bedroom!

I am not going to lie, it took me days to finally decide what color and style to go for hence why I nearly gave up on it for a while. Tips:

It’s important to choose the color scheme and what vibe you’re going for. When choosing these prints, I wanted it to reflect feminity, boldness, freedom and good Karma.  I think that choosing the mainframe (Gallery Print Marilyn Monroe) first is a great way to build the layout as you can work around its color and style when choosing the prints that will go with it.

How amazing is the final look?
