It’s been a while since we last spoke about home decor, huh? I never thought it would take so long to finish decorating a small flat like mine. I always think it will be done quicker than it actually does.

Nearly three months in and there are still things I want to get to make it “perfect”. Obviously, all the furniture is in place so, all that is left are the small decor items.

Thankfully, there are so many easy and affordable ways to personalize a space – my favorite: frames and pictures. When decorating, prints are a must as they add personality and color to any room.

Bedroom ✨

When picking what mood I wanted for the bedroom I went for serenity, calmness and positivity. So, when I saw these beautiful abstract photograph of pampas grass I was hooked. It goes extremely well with a similar print or other botanical prints. I decided to pick another close-up photograph of light beige reeds in a field with a light sky in the background.

I love these nature prints in soft and down-to-earth hues as it adds a calm feel.

Office ✨

It’s important to choose the color scheme and what vibe you’re going for. The simplicity of the dark tones against the white is so lovely together. Here’s how it turned out: Tip: get some command strips to put your prints up, it made the whole process so easy and hassle-free. If you place them unevenly, just move them until it’s right!
