Pancake day is celebrated by eating lots of pancakes, obviously, and this year I tried Protein World’s The Slender Blend High Protein Pancakes and their ZERO Calorie Slender Syrup. It was actually my first time making pancakes and I must say that it was easier than I ever imagined. They are super quick to make – all you need to do is add 4 scoops of the mix with 100ml of milk and shake, shake, shake!If you follow the recipe, your pancakes will be low calorie (only 85 calories per pancake), high protein (11g) and low sugar.
